This Limited Edition is one of the most unique coffees in our lineup. Doña Celeste is a medium roast coffee with tasting notes of green grape, champagne, peach, and syrup. This is a natural process coffee, where the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still on the bean, creating a vibrant and fruit-forward cup. 

About the Farm: Grown on Celeste Fumagali’s farm in Jutiapa, Guatemala, these beans are carefully cultivated and selected under her strict quality standards. Finca El Aceituno sits at 4,600 feet in Jutiapa, Guatemala, where cooling Pacific winds create ideal conditions for complex, strictly hard bean specialty coffee. Family-run by Celeste Fumagalli, the farm is committed to sustainability, community development, and women's empowerment.
