Finca El Aceituno sits at 4,600 feet in Jutiapa, Guatemala, where cooling Pacific winds create ideal conditions for complex, strictly hard bean specialty coffee. Family-run by Celeste Fumagalli, the farm is committed to sustainability, community development, and women's empowerment.
