This is Finca Reserve. Our Finca Reserve is a medium-roasted Caturra varietal, grown at 5,600 feet on a fifth-generation family farm in the Guatemalan highlands. The result is a silky, refined cup with notes of chocolate, plum, and apple. It's the same coffee poured at the farm itself, by the family and the harvest crew alike. 

About the Farm: The Ventura family has been farming coffee for five generations near the Pacaya volcano, where volcanic ash continuously enriches the soil with minerals, creating ideal conditions for rich, distinctive specialty coffee. They also work with smaller local farmers, sharing knowledge and resources to help them reach their maximum potential.

Sustainability Efforts: The coffee is shade-grown under native canopy trees, with a targeted irrigation system that creates ideal micro-conditions for every crop. The family has invested in a state-of-the-art wet mill that uses 90% less water than a traditional mill and partners with Guatemala's INAB reforestation program to protect the surrounding ecosystem.
