About the Farm
Grown in Jutiapa, Guatemala
These beans are carefully cultivated and selected under her strict quality standards. Finca El Aceituno sits at 4,600 feet in Jutiapa, Guatemala, where cooling Pacific winds create ideal conditions for complex, strictly hard bean specialty coffee. Family-run by Celeste Fumagalli, the farm is committed to sustainability, community development, and women's empowerment.

Ecological Wet Mill
Water is recycled through tanks and pumps in the de-pulping process, among the wet mills with the lowest environmental impact in Guatemala.
Agroforestry
Shade diversified with White Mahogany, Matilisguate, and Gravilea; agroforestry projects started with INAB, the National Institute of Forests.
Innovation and Sustainability
Treated honey water irrigates the grasslands, and composted pulp becomes organic fertilizer that regenerates the soil.
