This is not your average Marsellesa varietal coffee.  Grown at extreme high altitudes of 6000ft above sea level, this mountain-grown coffee develops slowly, resulting in a sweeter flavor, setting it apart from others.

Washed with natural spring water and then dried on a terracotta patio, on a small ecological farm. We have this coffee roasted to a beautiful medium-dark so we can enjoy the natural origin flavor profile of caramel, chocolate, citrus fruits, and apple. 

Scored 85+ into the exceptional level in specialty coffee standards.
