Maragogype, a top tier coffee, that normally doesn't grow in high altitudes. She is a finicky plant. She requires lots of attention, produces lower yields unlike other varietals, and susceptible to disease. Not many farmers take on the challenge, however Don Roberto grows this specifically because it's his wife's favorite coffee.

For this micro-batch, we have chosen the wash method. This ecological farm washes their beans with natural spring water found on their land and then dries them on a terracotta tile patio. We have this coffee roasted to a beautiful medium-dark so we can enjoy the natural origin flavor profile.
